似膏体管输弯管段浆体流动的数值模拟研究

摘要:论文对似膏体充填料浆在管路输送的弯管段动态特征进行了数值模拟的研究,确定了似膏体料浆相关物理参数,选择了适合似膏体料浆的管输数学模型,利用FLUENT模拟获得了弯管段压力场、速度场的分布特征,并将模拟结果与理论计算进行了对比分析。研究结果对似膏体管路输送实验和实践有一定的指导意义和实用价值。

Abstract:

Abstract:In this paper, the dynamic features of paste-like slurry flow in curved section of pipeline transportation are researched by numerical simulation, the related physical parameters of paste-like slurry are determined, and the mathematic model is chosen. By simulating with FLUENT software, the distribution characteristics of velocity field and pressure field in curved pipeline are obtained. Then the simulated results are compared with theoretical calculation. The research result is of some instructional significance and applied value.
